1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and u8bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of u8bd, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the u8bd platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of all terms, policies, and any amendments that may be published from time to time.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the u8bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any funds held within it may be forfeited.

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. u8bd strictly enforces a 21+ policy and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and a legal resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an existing account on u8bd. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of u8bd or any of its partner companies, game providers, or payment processors.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of u8bd — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. u8bd reserves the right to request documentation at any stage to verify your identity, address, or source of funds.

• You are required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID, passport, or driving licence) when requested.
• You may also be required to provide proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Accounts that fail KYC verification will be suspended until the required documents are provided and verified to our satisfaction.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. u8bd will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
• You must notify u8bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access, a security breach, or any fraudulent activity on your account.

u8bd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that may harm the platform or its users.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

u8bd supports a range of local and international payment methods to serve Bangladeshi players efficiently. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed instantly and are subject to the respective service provider's transaction limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. u8bd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. u8bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your name.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee before withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• u8bd reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

u8bd does not charge any fees for deposits. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be disclosed clearly at the time of the transaction request. Currency conversion charges imposed by third-party payment providers are outside u8bd's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

u8bd periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions for events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL season. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside each offer:

• All bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard rollover is stated in each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• u8bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited and currently being wagered will be honoured under the original terms at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. Any uncompleted wagering requirement will expire along with the associated bonus balance at the end of the stated validity period.

u8bd does not guarantee that any specific bonus will be available at any given time. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be varied at u8bd's sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of u8bd are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes in a manner not intended for ordinary human players.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform as a conduit for illicit financial flows.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party, for any purpose including bonus abuse, chip dumping, or evading a previous suspension.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, system glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour directed at u8bd staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account access to any third party. You are the sole authorised user of your registered account at all times.

u8bd employs a range of fraud detection and security monitoring tools. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activity will be actioned promptly. u8bd's decisions on account restrictions and forfeiture of funds in such cases are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the u8bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive intellectual property of u8bd or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the u8bd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of u8bd's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u8bd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical failure. Your use of u8bd is entirely at your own risk.

u8bd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. u8bd will make reasonable commercial efforts to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime.

9. Responsible Gaming

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of fair dealing and applicable international online gaming practices. u8bd operates as an entertainment platform and makes no specific claims regarding the regulatory framework of any particular jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and u8bd, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. u8bd will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct correspondence, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
